How to Become the Person You Aspire to Be

Do you believe in the power of your dreams?

So you want to become a better person.

At the same time, who you are today will determine who you are in the future. The way you live your life today determines the quality and experience of your life tomorrow.

“You must be the change you wish to bring into the world.”

For many of us, change is impossible because we are so optimistic that we try to change everything at once.

The road to becoming a most successful person can feel challenging at times and it can take a lot out of you. There will be moments when you might want to give up on yourself and your dreams. You must believe success is possible because as you continue on your journey, you will eventually embark upon those moments, the ones that you have always imagined coming true to you.

Follow this steps to become who you want to be

11 Habits of highly successful people

Many people wonder how they can become highly successful, not realizing that they hold within them everything they need to achieve all of the success they desire. Successful people are where they are today because of their habits. Habits determine 95% of a person's behavior.
Have Role Models
A great place to begin is to think about men you admire. So turn off your computer and phone, sit down with a piece of paper and a pen and make a list of the men you admire most. You can pick anyone from your grandfather to Bill Gates to Alexander the Great to Indiana Jones. It’s one of those questions that doesn’t have a “wrong” answer. After you have a fairly extensive list, pick five who really stand out for you.

Believe in yourself
Self-belief is the foundation on which success is built.  If you don't believe in yourself, who will?  Unfortunately, a lot of people never take action because they hold limiting beliefs about their abilities.

Make a List
Not only will it help you keep track of what you truly long for, it will also tell you the difference between a fleeting dream and an actual life-changing goal.  If running a half marathon has been on your list for over a year and you haven’t felt the need to erase it, you better get those sneakers tied up. Wanting something long enough isn’t going to make it happen; it’ll only be a steady reminder of what you’ve been putting off. Once you know it’s an honest desire, actively begin taking the steps to get there.

Be positive.
Look at your list at the end of each day and write down in a journal when you have displayed one of these traits.
These seven steps will give you a clear target to shoot for, a portrait of the person you want to be – of the person you will become as you trade in the old you for the new one. Deep inside, there is a strong, good, loving version of you, and keeping that image in your thoughts can help you as you remake your life. Becoming the new you will have a positive impact on every aspect of your life – physical, emotional, intellectual, professional, personal – and the people you share it with. It's a great adventure, and you're well on your way.

Have vision.
People’s dreams perish for lack of vision. Without having the idea in mind of who you want to be, you will not know where or how to aim for it. Keep your vision top of mind as you reach each milestone to motivate you to push forward.

Find Value in Experiences
People often measure their worth in terms of how much they have. If a person has a nice car, large home and many other non-essential possessions, he or she is often considered to be doing well.
However, it’s crucial to break free of that mindset and realize life’s experiences are sometimes as valuable, or even more so than tangible items.

Step Outside Your Comfort Zone
Personal growth isn’t as likely to happen if you live a life that’s very repetitive and not challenging. Be bold and regularly do things that are a little scary, but allow you to develop new skills.

You have all it takes

Excuses have a beautifully unexpected way of convincing us that we are incapable as we are. There will be chaos involved, it shows that you’ve made a significant decision (Keep it up!). Don’t fall into the trap that you need to spend your time preparing for it, you are more than ready if you’ve made it this far. It doesn’t matter if your calendar doesn’t allow it, or your parents try to deter you, your dedication and drive can overcome all of that. If you’re waiting for the perfect moment, it will never come. You make it work by adjusting your schedule, surrounding yourself with the supportive company and dropping any dead weight. The hurdles you face are just a welcoming indication that you want this enough to rise above them
